Small Lock for Mature Metal Jailbird

Hello,

Can someone please recommend where to purchase a small padlock for a Mature Metal Jailbird? Ours has the security screw, but I would like to use a padlock instead of the screw. I looked at Home Depot and a local hardware store, but the locks are too large. It would also be great if there were some cute ones that would fit, like heart-shaped.

ABUS 65/15 all brass lock. Shape is excellent for MM device and weighs 1.1 oz. Can get from Amazon.com

Do you have one and (if so) can you tell us how it fits with a MM device please. When you put the hasp through the holes in the MM, does it rotate all the way down so that it lies parallel with the cage?

Yes. Hasp is slightly longer than most and lays flat forward of the end of the post. Also being all brass, it will nor rust or easily foul
