I'm wearing a cb6000s and use a q-tip to make sure I have the proper alignment with the slot in the end of the tube to avoid spraying everywhere. When out, I always keep a small baggy with 2 or 3 q-tips in it in my pocket. Of course I use the stalls in public restrooms to avoid onlookers.

I can't really comment as I have only wore my cage for a few days at a time but I found the whole sitting down was all part of the package, I am going to be locked up for the fist time on monday by my better half so maybe I will have more experience to talk about after that, I can't wait but as they say "Be careful what you wish for"
