I was reading on some other forum that I stumbled across about men in chastity losing strength in their erections. Especially if they'd worn their devices for an extended length of time.
One man said he'd noticed a difference in the middle of his penis. Another man said his erections just didn't seem as hard. I was wondering if it was just in their imaginations?
Has anyone here noticed anything like that?

Re: Any Truth To This?
Two retired guys were talking. One says, "When I got married at 20, my erection was so strong my wife couldn't bend it. When I was 30, she could barely bend it with two hands. When I was 40, she could bend it with two hands. At 50, she could bend it with one hand. When I turned 60..."
"What's your point?" asked his friend.
The man answered, "Well, I was just wondering how much stronger my wife was going to get."

I have read some of that too but I don't think it is quite like what they say. There are some that insist that the penis get smaller too. I think that is just wishful thinking on their part even though they claim to have measurements to "prove" that they shrank. I don't think you have to worry about atrophy either. My thinking is that if it shrank due to atrophy (like say the muscles in your leg if you are in a cast) then if you really work it out all the time then it should get larger (like a body builder). Based on how much most guys seem to say they masturbate there should be guys walking around with logs in their pants all the time if that was the case. I'm not worried about it.michaelnmelissa wrote: Has anyone here noticed anything like that?
I think Tom's point is valid too, the older you get the less things work the same. Add to that the fact that some of these guys don't want to get an erection, being emasculated is part of their fantasy.
In my limited experience this hasn't happened. When I was out for some play time on New Years Eve I had a full erection for the first time in over 4 months. I can tell you I was as hard as ever. I remember being in my wife with her on top. I reached down to stimulate her clit a little and remember noticing just how hard I was. It felt like steel (and no, I didn't still have my cage on). It was actually a little weird the other way, it didn't feel like me but rather like I was touching something else.

Atone,
prior to New Years Eve, did you stay in the device all the time, or did your penis have any opportunity to "stretch out", even if you did not engage in sexual activity?
I'm asking because I think if there is NO workout whatsoever to any given part of the body (including the brain), that bodypart will loose some or all of it's function over time.
"Workout for the penis" would include activity that stimulates the cardiovascular system and the lower abdominal muscles.
Age should, IMO, not be the cause of a noticeable reduction in "hardness", at least not below the age of 60 (older members may correct me here).
I'm almost 54, and I have not noticed being less hard than I was, say, in my twenties or thirties.
What has changed is that my refractory time has grown a bit, and that I sometimes need more stimulation (body contact, "dirty" thoughts) to get an erection. Or that my erection will quickly subside if I concentrate on something else (like giving her a massage), which would not happen 20 years ago, where I could sustain an erection for an hour or more while playing. Up to the point where it would hurt the next few days.

Re: Any Truth To This?
during that 4 months I was only out of the cage a handful of times and except for 1 time it was only to change base rings or devices with absolutely no stimulation while out. The one exception was about halfway through where I went 5 weeks straight without being uncaged. I got a little nervous about exactly this issue so I got permission to get out and "inspect". I did not stimulate myself to a full erection but just enough to know that it looked and felt right, I would say about an 80% erection.kpb57 wrote: prior to New Years Eve, did you stay in the device all the time, or did your penis have any opportunity to "stretch out", even if you did not engage in sexual activity?
Since New Years I have been out a couple of times for play time and everything was fine. I haven't orgasmed but I am very confident that I could without problem.
I am currently about a week and a half in to a "locked" condition that will not end until St. Patrick's day (or later). I have been told that there will be no removal at all (unless health related) until then. That will be a little over six weeks total, longer than I have gone before. I will let you know how that goes as well.

Re: Any Truth To This?
Please note that the penis does not contain muscle tissue, so there isn't much to actually atrophy. For the most part, it's a hydraulic chamber with connective tissue.

My wife says it's harder than before. And stays harder, longer.
But I'm only 50....going on 17!

I have to say that in my experience, freshly uncaged, it's about as hard as it can get!
