Yup well i received my tighter ring from MM 2 weeks ago.. and made some minor adjustments to it..
(just brought the rod down a little) WOW!! Fits me so well .. Anyhow I decided last night to go the whole nighter without applying any lube around that area and felt so much better, the sensation was so much tighter and my devices stayed in place the whole night, and this morning she was still in the same exact place. I had no ball burning whats so ever, no rash no nada.. I think i have gotten the right fit finally.

Congrats! I hope to convince my KH into letting me wear it all night (we live apart for this summer, so I have a spare key), especially after I've finally worn it overnight. I'm at 72 hours without unlocking and couldn't be more pleased with myself! My ring is 1 7/8ths because the next smallest CB ring tortures me. I've never considered lube to defy that chafed feeling. Maybe as my cock gets trained better I can use ever smaller spacers so a hard on with lube doesn't risk pull out or tortuous ball pain.
If my resilience holds out, I hope to get an MM soon and will look forward to this journey.
