I'll attach my question to this thread, instead of creating a new one. It helped me a lot to read through all the pages, but there are still some questions left where you maybe can help me find a satisfying answer.
Like other before, I'm looking forward buying a steelheart and I'm not sure about the measurements. Just some background information for you:
Currently I'm using a CB 6000 with Ring Number 2 (47mm) and the second smallest spacer. Like some wrote before I'm filling the tube nearly every time complete, but it isn't uncomfortable. What I noticed is that some skin swages (hope this is the correct translation) at the end of the tube and before of the space, but from what I read here this seems to be normal.
Now on to the steel heart. Currently I think I would order these dimensions:
A-ring size: 45 (one size smaller than the one I wear on the CB)
tube: 35mm (but I'm thinking more and more if 38mm would be better. When I measure the width I'm mostly between 34/35mm - 36/37mm. The CB 6000 is 35mm wide, isn't it? But I think i read somewhere that it isn't round but oval. My feeling in this tube is quite godd, but I'm fearing, that if I order the tube with 38mm that it would be to wide.
The last point is the total lenght of the steel heart: Here I'm measuring between 95 and 100mm. I took this measurements when I'm relaxed and hold him in my head and attach a measuring tape next to him. Some before wrote that he ordered 90mm and this was to small and he would have better chose 95mm. If I remember correct he used the CB 6000 with the same settings like I do.
At the end a have a last question. If I select this extra for the steel heart http://steelworxx.de/Stainless-steel-ri ... s-43p.html, what does this improve or change? From my point of view this changes the way the cage is attached to the ring, isn't it? But doesn't this eliminate the pin? I hope someone could explain the idea behind this

I'm looking forward for your tips and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me.
Best wishes
