I have been wearing the CB6000(woody) almost every day since I got it two weeks ago. I have no problem wearing it all day but find the pain at night to usually be unbearable. I keep a small bag of ice next to the bed for the 2AM wakeup call. Sometimes I can get through it with the ice- other nights I toss, turn and end up needing to walk around until it settles down. My wife usually tells me to take it off so we can both get some sleep.

On the plus side my wife seems to have completely accepted her new role. She gets concerned when I am in pain at night, but has completely gotten over the "this is a little too weird for me" phase and has now entered the "lets make sure the lock is secure before you go downstairs to your office" phase. The other plus is that I am more productive at work. Unless I am meeting with clients I spend my days alone in front of a computer in my basement office. Sure I can still get distracted, but whenever my distractions stray into unwanted directions, a severe pinch or burn reminds be to get back to coding.

I have read all the tips and tricks posts, thumper's CB6000 overview was particularly helpful. My question for the forum is how long will it take before I can wear this thing through the night? Is it possible that these nighttime erection/ball crushing sessions can be doing me harm? When I can last the night will it be because my scrotum has stretched out, I am used to the pain, or will my brain be conditioned to not get fierce erections when I sleep?

One thing that will help is to make sure you go pee before going to bed.

You may need to use a larger ring. I found that the only ring that I could not escape from was the smallest one. Unfortunately, the pain, bruising and abrasions from uncontrolled nocturnal erections would become so severe that after 3 days I couldn't take it anymore...and I can take a bit.

Since a larger ring was necessary and I could escape from all of them, I'm using one that is comfortable (mostly) at night.

I believe you will hear most CBxxxx wearer's (including me for several years) say that it's best to start large and work your way down as your body adjusts. It could take several more weeks for this to happen. Don't worry about being fully secure until you have made the adjustments. Health & safety are more important in the early stages. Your body will adapt. I know in the beginning I was trying to get errect all the time. As you get use to wearing it this should subside.

I own a CB6000s. When I first started wearing it, I had to take it off at night. It hurt, there was little I could do about it, and I couldn't afford to have sleepless nights. I tried various rings sizes, spacers, etc., and nothing made it "sleepable."

For about two weeks, I took it off at night, showered in the morning, and put it back on. I got used to wearing it during the day and this slowly transitioned into me being able to wear it throughout the night. Now, I can put it on at anytime and sleep no problem. Sometimes the first night can be hard, but that is mainly if I get locked up after sex and not cumming myself.

Basically, it took time for me to get used to wearing it. Not only did it physically become more comfortable, but I stopped becoming aroused just by having it on. I also changed from thinking of sexual things every time I pressed up against it to being annoyed by it.

I switched to a larger ring, hopefully sleeping will be a bit easier. I also installed the KSD-G3, its surprisingly comfortable. I really hope to get through the fit issues quickly , as security will soon be a major issue. I am heading into day 15, with a goal of 90. Prior to getting the device I made it to 18 days.
