I've had some issues caused by trapped moisture in my CB6000s, so now my wife lets me out once a day for fifteen minutes to shower and dry myself well before she snaps the lock closed again. On that basis, the longest I've gone, other than being released for teasing and/or full tilt sex, is fifty-five days. We have a Jailbird coming from Mature Metal, expected in about four weeks, and once it arrives, that daily release will likely be changed to weekly, if that. Having said that, staying locked is not a huge deal to us, but denial is. The longest stretch with out a full orgasm (I get the occasional ruined one) is three months. Mrs. Haversackers doesn't plan my (orgasmic) releases, so I never know when the next one will be, but I'm pretty sure she wants to push me well beyond the three month mark.

Longest ended last Sunday 67 day without an orgasm! She just wanted that complete fulfilment and she decides! I was honor system so no locking but never did cheat. Hoping for the same result here actually, only my lock-up won't be 9 months. In our household, the male orgasm is now only for procreation, and we only plan on having one. Incidentally, this makes the math on counting days and release periods much simpler.

I'm reasonably sure that this is one of those things that depends on the individual, with variability from one extreme to the other. Mrs. Twisted was never able to carry to term, so I have no idea if the condition would have persisted.
