Rebound aggression after release?

My partner has recently discovered that chastity changes my behaviour/personality. She was pleasantly surprised by my dramatically increased attentiveness and overall calmness, and she also liked having no pressure for sex while watching me stew in my frustration. So she kept me locked up for 28 days - our previous record was about 7 days.

Anyway, in the weeks after my release I was hit by a "rebound". I experienced a couple of bursts of aggression that are totally out of character and have left me stunned/shocked. Given that chastity interferes with testosterone levels and probably other hormones, I suspect that there may be a connection.

Has anyone else ever noticed this rebound?

If there are going to be bursts of aggression on release, it makes us wary of resuming chastity - it's powerful stuff and feels like playing with fire.

Were you locked up again after the release or did the outbursts happen while being unlocked?

It may be that being locked up ASAP after the release may help you get back into the "chaste" mental state.

Especially when you go for that long, you get so "high" that the "fall" of the release is that much harder.

Feeling the device again may help you with your calmness.

Emotionally this game will take you all over the place - especially in your first few cycles. Being men, we're far more comfortable talking about what's going on (with) our cocks than how we feel about it.

You had a 4x increased lockup - that's quite a jump! Had you experienced a month without orgasm before that? If not you may have kept it all 'locked down' (because that's how I get when shackled) whilst storing up and logging some pretty powerful feelings. From experience I know Days 21-24 in my cycle I have to watch myself very carefully - I get really snappy with everyone. After that I'm cooler than Fonzy.

It's healthy that your aggression surfaced and I think that you've rationalised it pretty well. The only problem is if you can't direct it to a place that will do no harm.

Yes I have been out all the time since the 28 days and the outbursts happened while free.

I didn't know about possibly needing to wind down with shorter stints. Warm-ups and warm-downs - sounds like a gym workout.

Our relationship was really really great during those 28 days.

Edit: No tears -- that's something we'll have to watch for too.

If we can believe the studies about it, orgasm denial produces a "high" that is induced by the body's own "drugs".
Similar to other drugs, withdrawal may lead to certain symptoms, aggression being one of them.

OTOH, a danger that is known is not a danger anymore, so once you are aware that you tend to bursts of aggression after a prolonged stint, you should be able to control those with your forebrain.

When my wife lets me simmer for several days, I can actually feel the "letdown" after the orgasm. When she has me on a streak of daily or almost-daily orgasms, it's simply not there.
