Back to the original topic for a minute - A couple of days ago I tried to get a little relief with the steelheart on. This was the first time I have tried to do so while being locked up. That's been my experience, too. Even with the CB6K. I get just a bit of interesting sensation then the whole thing seizes up.

For me, I've attributed it to the mindset that after 10 years, being in a chastity device has lost some of the initial hotness, so now it's just a barrier to stimulation.
