Cleaning isn't much of a problem if you have a hand-held shower massager, like a Water-Pik or one of the knock-offs. During your daily shower, squeeze some liquid soap over the top, near the base ring, then wash your face and hair. By the time you finish that, the liquid soap will have run down inside and a finger poked in under the base ring will let you swirl and rub it all around...assuming, of course, that your finger fits- if not, you will need to use one of the small sticks with a foam sponge on the end (I've seen them *somewhere* but don't really remember where).

After pulling on the loose bits and rubbing 'round the base ring to make sure you get everything clean, you can turn the massager to a high-pressure pulse or stream and direct it in through all of the various openings to get a thorough rinse. You *do*, of course, need to stay soft during this process, becoming aroused can make it difficult to complete.

Note: Depending on the pressure, when directing the stream into the end of the device it is possible to force water backward up the urethra and into the bladder, which is a very peculiar feeling. This does not seem to be dangerous in and of itself, but for those who are concerned about saving energy and have turned down the temperature on the hot water tank it should be noted that a temperature below 136*F may permit bacteria to grow in the tank. I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on TV but I wouldn't care to be introducing any unusual bacteria into *my* urinary tract.

Either make sure that your hot water tank temperature is 136* or higher (which is recommended anyway for health reasons, in spite of urgings by energy conservation extremists to turn it as low as possible) or use a finger to press on the urethra just behind the base ring to prevent water from traveling too far (if the pressure is high enough, your PCG muscle alone may not be sufficient to prevent it) and then have a good pee after to flush out any water that may have entered the urethra.

Fun note: A thin, high-pressure stream of water directed on the head of the penis *just right* will induce the sensation of needing to urinate. After a short time, if the stream is maintained, the urge continues to grow until it becomes impossible to prevent urination. If the stream is maintained *after* the bladder is empty, the sensation becomes [almost] maddening. One should be aware, however, that if continued long enough (only a few minutes, or less, in some cases) after the bladder is empty, this may *also* result in a loss of bowel control and defecation may occur.

Keyholders who enjoy inflicting a bit of torture should no doubt be able to find some amusement in this. It might be a wise idea for the subject not to be standing, as he could also become weak in the knees and might even be unable to remain standing.
