We recently tried 24/7 play for two weeks my balls became quite big, or rather huge and I had issues with straining at night. Swelling went away once device was removed but I noticed a bump on my left testicle, the one that smears the most swollen.
Saw a doctor today who said it feels soft and not very suspicious but she still referred me for an ultrasound to be on the safe side. Does anyone here have any similar experiences?

Only with a female dr. Inspecting my balls. I never minded though. Sorry that’s all I got .

Looking back at this post to see if you had learned anything I realized that I came off as insensitive to what could be a potentially serious situation. I do apologize if I seemed to not care. The fact is I don’t deal well with serious issues unless I make a joke about it. My wife says I have foot in mouth disease. As usual she is correct I do put my foot in my mouth a lot. Probably why I keep to myself most of the time.

Seeing a professional is certainly the right thing to do.
I to discovered a lump on my left testicle when I was in my early 40’s. I saw the doctor who immediately sent me for a scan at the hospital. I’m pleased to say that it turned out to be a varicose vein and was told to leave it unless it got bigger. Some 25 years later I still have the lump but it’s never caused any issues.

I have a scan scheduled next Friday. It’s soft, if I massage it now it goes away but then comes back a few hours later. If I remember correctly, it was bigger when I first noticed it (which was when I had a hard time to get that ball out of the ring as both testicles were very swollen).

With regards to the swelling thats not right and your ring may be too smaĺl. I moved down a size to try it, my balls went dark and swelled, it came off fast although it was difficult with the swelling and went in the bin.
Im fine with smaller and smaller cages, but not ring sizes.
