Increase your time in the cage gradually. That's the secret. When I first started, I unlocked myself to sleep and it took a long time for me to adjust to sleeping in the cage. I was persistent because I felt I was getting too horny to trust myself to unlock at night, lest I get up in the middle of the night and start jerking for relief. It took a few months but I managed and now I'm locked up 24/7/365, except for 5-minute hygiene unlockings once every other week or so. Go a little more each time until you reach your goal and then simply stick to that.

Thanks, that makes alot of sense. I might consider unlocking at night for now because I honestly get no sleep! I thought at first maybe it was the uncomfortable cage, but having now upgraded to a very comfortable small/nano size I'm still having the same issues!

Yes, solve one problem at a time and don't rush things... Chastity is all trial & error and making note of what works for you and what doesn't. What works for you may not work for others and vice-versa. Just keep trying things until you find your ideal setup.
