Automatic thread subscribe?

I was wondering if there's a way to automatically be subscribed to threads I post in... I'm doing my best to keep up to speed in this community, but I'm missing out on replies because I'm not getting alerts to new posts unless I manually subscribe to them. I mean that's doable, but very inconvenient when you're part of multiple communities and dependent on getting alerts sent to you to keep up with replies.

I was told there's a "subscription" settings in the members profile area, but I looked and all it said was "I'm not subscribed to any forums" and didn't see any options. I got a feeling I'm missing something here...

Do you see the wrench icon when you look on your phone? That has a drop down to subscribe to a thread.

Ah, I see it. I’ll have to remember to do that. I wish it was automatic but as long as I get alerts then I’ll deal with it. Thank you!

On my Android, there is a drop down that let's you see New posts since your last visit. Is that easier?

I think that may help. I’m just used to getting email alerts since that’s kind of my default. But I’ll try to remember to subscribe to whatever I post in. Thanks Tom.
