It makes sense to effectively end the year at 1.0 and essentially a reset really. You’ve proved the trial works (especially for you but clearly Herbi also gets benefits) to continue it indefinitely.
Once a month or less is an average though- nothing for 3 months but then once a week for 4 weeks would still average once monthly but feel rather different at the start of the 5th month - not knowing if it’s a week or 3 months again…!

It's funny how Locktober became 9 weeks but he's nearing the end now and looking forward to unlocking and big-O on Sunday.
Then it'll be back in the steel for a while, like maybe December, including while I'm away. Miss Vikki stepping in again.

It is not only a great achievement for Herb.
How you deal with it is also quite an achievement for you.

People often forget that the partner (key holder) also has to do or not do a lot for this.
And she will also be allowed to find her way in it (I say deliberately not have to, because not every partner is open to it or can).
