Off The Shelf Metal Cages With Double or Wider Base Rings

Based on my limited experience, many OTS metal cages use a base ring that is ~ 5/16 inches in diameter. Are there any OTS products that have a significantly larger diameter base ring, or two same diameter base rings, with one welded behind the other ? Thanks.

All of the ergonomic rings are much wider and there’s lots of them these days.

Still having difficulty getting back into 24/7/365 chastity since covid. Very tender old man skin under the scrotum damages easily. Trying an HT Mk5 nub now. Love the fact you can’t pull out of it, hope my skin toughens up.

Why are ergonomic rings much wider? Does that also apply to plastic cages?
