Ring size: How small is too small?

Post by Lucard »

Just got a cheap chinese steel cage for testing. Comfortable and I can wear it for hours. I did notice that my balls got cold when I went to bed so I took it off (didn't sleep with it).

And thoughts on how small is too small? Warning signs?

You should have no pain or temperature/color change with normal flaccid wear. You should also be able to comfortably fit your index finger to the first knuckle between you and the ring without pushing into your body or pulling the ring away.

There is possibility for some slight color or temperature change with an attempted erection but it should be very short lived and go back to normal straight away.

Hope that helps :)

before buying my device i tried smaller and smaller rings and finally settled on the size that never fell off and met the finger rule noted above when I was flaccid. It did give a burning sensation when I awoke in the morning with an erection. This is the size I chose along with a small cage length so there would be no erections. When testing ring sizes I found that one just 1/8" diameter larger would fall off after awhile when everything was warm and "loose".
Happily locked and in long term FLR.
