Foreskin piercing for padlock

Dear friends,
I am new to this forum but not to the world of chastity.
Wearing the different device for a few years already.
My wife and I started thinking about instead of locking me in the case, maybe just piercing my uncircumcised foreskin and threading the padlock through it.
Please share your ideas and maybe experience with this way of chastity.

I would really worry about hygiene. This does not seem all that safe. Perhaps a ring made for this purpose that attaches outside the cage to the padlock would work, but I am unsure what you are attaching the padlock to to keep you chaste.

I have a PA and I know much that has stretched over the last 2 yrs. Hanging a lock off foreskin will stretch a lot faster and will no good for chastity in no time. Plus there is the hygene that goes along with keep forskin well cleaned.
