I have been looking for a new device for some time due to some problems I've been having with the device I currently own. I have (probably a knockoff) a metal version of a CB6000. It's been really awesome having a metal device as opposed to the plastic. However, I'm having two pretty rough issues.
1 - I'm not sure what ring size I should have. When I had the CB3000 (official) I used the smallest ring that came with the package and it was tight and UN-escapeable. I'm looking for that kind of fit again. The metal version I have now is more of the CB 6000 style ring where it's a horseshoe that needs to be connected from the back. I would LOVE a metal device that features the hinged ring similar to the 3000, in the small size.
2 - dick escape. I fluctuate in size - even flacid. Sometimes it shrivels and sometimes it's not .. so the size of the 3000 cage is tight when it's longer .. but I was able to live with that "discomfort" because it wasn't painful. There was much less of a chance of me being able to pull my dick out while wearing the 3000. With the metal device, it's simple. It's more of a pain in the ass to NOT pull out of the device.
Help - is there ANY option that is metal and similar to the CB3000? Is there something even better I can investigate?

Re: Looking for device advice
The first thing to keep in mind, any device is escapeable if you try hard enough. You have to commit to wearing the device, and not escaping from it.
Now, what I recommend next is looking at some cheap devices on somewhere like Ebay, and trying out some that won't break the bank. The point of this is so you can get a feel if what's comfortable to you, and what styles you like before investing loads of money.
I would suggest a closed ring, for your base ring instead of a hinged, as those lead to pinching, a lot. Next, I would recommend that you look for metal devices, because you want to find what size you'll approximately need in base rings. If you ever decide to get a custom device, it'll be metal, so you should get used to it now. I also recommend you find a cage that's short. The shorter cage will help your penis to stay in better without moving everywhere when changing size.
Hope that helps some.

Re: Looking for device advice
Thank you for your response! I have tried closed rings before - but with SOOO much difficulty in getting into them. It's a long process for me since I have to ice down the erection a lot. I was able to get my balls into a ring once, but never my penis. The hinged ring didn't pinch too much believe it or not. Now - I have used one hinged metal ring that did ... but only because I had to try to hold it closed while putting the cage over top of it (and trying to NOT get hard ... which is also an issue since I'm usually pretty horny)

Consider my cage (my avatar)
I am using it for more than 3 years
No problems whatsoever including rusting
I bought it from ebay.uk
