So far I have been enjoying my HolyTrainer V1 short. It's been an off and on thing due to life in general but fun nonetheless. The one and only "issue" was getting all the way into the tube. After trying the stocking, everything was great. I have noticed on a regular basis after activity usually, my penis has withdrawn about 1/2 way up the tube and doesn't want to come back down. This makes trips to the bathroom messy and unpractical for me anywhere other than home.
Comfort-wise, this thing is phenomenal. However, if I'm ever going to be able to wear a device for any length of time I am going to have to find something shorter. I know everyone will eventually point toward a custom metal device, but I'm not to that point yet.
Any ideas for something shorter in the length range of say 1 1/4"? Girth is not the issue, but my flacid length is pretty short. Erect is right at 6.5", so I'm definitely a grower. Also, this measurement is along the bottom as a at measures their cages. Down the top, it's about 2 to 2 1/4"

Think I may get this one and remove where the urethral insert threads into the front of it leaving it open. Urination should be no problem. I realize the hinged ring isn't ideal but I could fill and smooth it if the rest of the device ends up being satisfactory.

Tried to wear the HT again today to work and ended up with soaked balls around lunch time... Not fun. I hate to bail on it already but I don't think it will be viable for long-term.

I have the HT v2 short and I run into the same issue after I've been moving around quite a bit. I carry around a small baggie with about 6 qtips and a couple of wetnaps. I use the qtips to pull my penis forward and realign the tip through the hole. The wetnaps are just in case there's a need to freshen up. The qtips seem to be enough to take care of not peeing all over the place.

Narcissus had the same issue you're describing with the CB device. We plan to get a custom one day, but we wanted to get things worked out, and try out a few designs before we decide on one.
We have purchased quite a few devices from Ebay, trying to find a decent one to avoid this problem. We finally ended up settling on one that's in the style of a Looker without the urethral insert.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Male-Stainless- ... 35d4328e50
This solved the shrinking up problem, however, he has to sit down to pee now, because pee sprays out of the holes.
What I do caution you on, with the device you showed, is we had pinching problems with those rings. They pinch on the top portion. However, not everyone has this problem.
