A while back my wife was looking (unsuccessfully) for Christian oriented material to make sure we weren't alone in this lifestyle. I was considering starting a new thread to see if there were more Christian's out there that practice MC. She has no interest in most of the other material online which is more porn oriented. I've sent her the link and hopefully she'll take interest in reading it and feeling more comfortable that we are not so strange after all.

I just did a quick Google search of "Christian male chastity" and found blogs and forums relating to that. I found one blog that was even discussing pegging and quoted the scripture that they felt supported it.

Mrs. Edge is Christian-ish, and while she's of a more liberal mindset, she's really not into reading about the more BDSM-y aspects. So having blogs like that for perspective is kind of nice.

Hubby and I are christian as well but we dont tend to bring our beliefs out in the Chastity world. We would welcome any questions and are completely willing to chat about it we just choose not to quote scripture or force our beliefs on anyone else.

God loves that we love each other so much and that we do this together!

When my wife and I started out, I found this blog and showed it to my wife. I thought it was quite helpful, and it was one of the few things that I figured was realistic enough to share with my wife without scaring her off.

I sent this link to her, and she said it was a good read, that she liked the woman's point of view, and that we will discuss it tonight. That doesn't sound anything like a "no" to me. She also agreed with my feelings that the couple in the blog seemed a good bit like us. Things are getting interesting over here. I'll let you who are interested know what goes on.

So, I sent her a few links from this collection you kind folks have suggested, and she's slowly reading through them. I'm back home from working far away for a few months, and so we've been able to talk in person as she gains more perspective on the matter.

So far, she's sort of interested, understands why I'm interested, and thinks that a cage would be a pain in the ass. She gets the part about me wanting to give up control (I've been the more submissive in our BDSM play for years). She gets that a build up would make things more intense when granted release. She sort of gets the added devotion and attraction. She doesn't see the fun in locking it up. She thinks that would be a mood killer when she's ready for playtime. I think (although it hasn't been said out loud) that she might also think this will be more work than play for her.

All that being what it is, she told me to find more stuff to share, and that she wants to read more and do some more research. I think we may end up giving this a trial run in the next month or so.

Whether it works out or not, I love the fact that we can have productive discussions about new aspects of our love life. Things are good here at home.
