Compatible long-term solution accommodating 00ga PA piercing

I have a 00ga prince albert piercing.

My Dom has instructed me to find a chastity cage/device that would be compatible with extended wearing.

Since a PA piercing over time will shrink, maintaining jewelry in the piercing to prevent that is highly desired...a requirement.

I'm aware of the PA-5000 but the largest PA attachment is a 4ga...which is 4 sizes ago and will still allow for the 00ga piercing to shrink significantly over time. I considered getting medical grade rubber tubing and sliding over the 4ga insert to up-size it to a 00ga, but don't know if that would work or not. Also, he is concerned that the PA-5000 leaves too much of my penis exposed, and if a vibrator was applied, I could still achieve orgasm. For all of these reasons, this is a less than ideal solution.

So I'm on the hunt for a device that will overcome these obstacles and provide a long term solution that is compatible with PA and will deny orgasm.

I didn't like the PA5k hooks. I would think the tubing might degrade.

Check out MaleChastityNow's MouseTrap (essentially a stainless PA5K) which can be ordered standard with a 0ga hook. Or his Contender with PA hook for a ball trapping cage option if you're looking for less exposure. My contender has a plate instead of rods to guard my sensitive frenum. MCN definitely does custom work, and I know stocks 00 gauge rods, as we spoke about a PA wand for my MouseTrap. He's also got a new glans only device that requires a piercing. It looks cool but I don't have experience with it.

There are a host of custom devices that use a PA lock. Shrinkage is not going to be a problem because the stud is going to be locked through the device and penis. What ever you choose will be effective and quite difficult to escape undetected. You will find that huge piercing an excellent choice, bigger is better and more comfortable. Custom devices generally aren't quick turnaround items and are expensive but they are worth the wait/cost.
