I'm not yet locked, although that will happen soon. We do honor-system orgasm denial. Prior to this, back when we had vanilla sex regularly and I masturbated whenever I felt like it, I also had no precum to speak of. But now that I often go a week or more without orgasm, I've found that I leak pretty regularly. For example, if I haven't come for several days and I'm in a situation that arouses me--for example, if in the evening I undress and kiss and caress her feet at length as she reads a novel--I find that I become erect and leak precum.

Don't know how that will work in a cage. I imagine the precum is produced independently of erection, so I wouldn't think it would change. My guess is that precum builds up and leaks proportionally to the time you spend without ejaculating.

When not in chastity, when aroused (i.e. during sex) I do produce a small amount of precum (enough to keep everything going), but when locked, you would not believe how much precum leaks out of me! I have sometimes resorted to wearing a condom over the cage (of course changing it regularly for hygiene reasons) to stop of showing on my trousers.
