When I first put on my lock, it seems to fit quite well, however after a few days it starts to slide down a bit more to the point where my head is stuck near the air vents. This becomes frustrating and problematic for bathroom breaks, and even more uncomfortable when I get hard. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it normal? Ways to avoid it? Or is it a fitting problem. I'm pretty sure if I go smaller on the ring size I'll be cutting off circulation.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
cb-6000 comfort question
Re: cb-6000 comfort question
That's the experimentation of a new device. See what you can tolerate or get used to. I've found that a smaller ring is very helpful during the day, but very difficult with night erections. So, I switch out sometimes.
Surprisingly, the smaller ring helped a lot with irritation I had at the two o'clock position, guess it just held the device in a better place. Don't count out that a smaller ring may help a lot!

Re: cb-6000 comfort question
It was pretty much all day today and a few times I was nervous that I may come out completely. Could it be that my balls are stretching a little bit and made more room in the ring? At any rate, I'm going to try the next ring size down tomorrow. I realized I was using the middle size of 5 options. Maybe this will help.

Re: cb-6000 comfort question
Have you tried different spacers and post lengths?
Might want to try that after experimenting with a smaller base ring.

Re: cb-6000 comfort question
Thanks for the reply. I'm already on the smallest spacer and pin. All I can try is the next ring down. I have it on now. I was let out for the evening and tried the smaller ring when I put the lock back on. I'll let you know how it goes.

Re: cb-6000 comfort question
Tried it out, ended up with literal blue (purple) balls in the AM. And the same problem. The main cause seems to be when I am doing work around the house and am in heat and sweating more, it tends to happen. Im thinking a better cleaning regime may solve this issue. Does anyone have tips for cleansing while wearing? I'd hate to have to take it off every 2-3 days to scrub the whole thing out...Unless this is normal practice.

Re: cb-6000 comfort question
My partner had the same problem as you with the CB device. We ended up switching to a metal device (just a cheaper version for now, because we aren't sure what type of custom device we want, yet), and the metal device has solved some of the issue. I think it's important to try and get a device that's as close to your flaccid length, as possible. So if you're not already using the short version of the CB, maybe you should try that.
As far as cleaning goes, I would personally recommend washing it out completely as frequently as possible, because from what I've seen, it's hard to completely clean while wearing it. This could lead to smelling, and other sanitation issues if you can't get things properly cleaned.
Maybe you can ask your keyholder to supervise your shower, and washing of the device if you don't think you can be trusted, yet. However, it's important to remember that the most important factor to chastity is wanting to do it, and having that self control, even without a device on. (Not saying you have this problem, or anything.)
Best of luck! I hope you can get this problem solved.

Re: cb-6000 comfort question
Thank you for your reply and suggestion about the metal device. We're actually waiting on one in the mail. We should have it this week. Perfect timing, because my CB is splitting again and gets me every time I get hard.
Trust isn't an issue. Even when I'm out, I ask her permission to masturbate when alone. I just tend to become an annoyance and take too many orgasms. I love them, but it feels so good to desire them all the time and feel like she is in control of when/if it happens.
Mainly just looking for comfort and the need to take it off as less often as possible.

Re: cb-6000 comfort question
Daily shower, with multi-setting adjustable hand-held shower wand. Squirt liquid anti-bacterial soap in from base, insert finger (if you have skinny enough fingers) and 'swish' around like clothes in a washing machine, if your fingers are too big then you'll need to get some sponge-swabs. Rinse with high-pressure jets of water directed appropriately, if the shower head does not supply a good setting for this, remove the head from the hose and use finger over the end of the hose to create a high-pressure stream. In either case, try not to aim stream directly into urethra- water can and will be forced backward into the bladder***...in some cases (especially with a pulsing jet) air may be injected as well and your cock will 'fart' later (it is unknown if there is any risk/danger associated with this, but to be on the safe side one may want to avoid it).nickishers wrote:Im thinking a better cleaning regime may solve this issue. ***(While having one's bladder re-filled in this manner may be an interesting sensation/experience, there may be some risk in doing so with non-sterile tap-water, especially in these days of 'energy conservation' where it is often recommended to reduce the temperature setting on the water heater- a temperature setting less than 136*F can allow certain types of bacteria to flourish in the warmth of the heater, and introducing these things into the urethra/bladder would likely be a Very Bad Thing. If you've never had a severe UTI/Bladder infection, I can tell you from personal experience that you don't want one- severe fever/ilness...and then you start pissing blood, which *really* scares the hell out of you...massive doses of high-potency antibiotics required to kill it, and if left untreated I suspect it could kill you.)
