I just got the CB6Ks on Saturday, I cleaned it and put in on right away. I have read this and other advice on the wear of these before I bought one. I got a real good fit! I used the stocking method and fill the tube all the way. I do have some soreness from the ring, I lightly sanded the hard edges and applied more lube and it feels better. I love the feeling of being locked down. I went to make an adjustment in my jeans, It felt strange not feeling my dick.
It's now day two, still feels comfortable, however, I wear 511s, a bit tight to sit. For around the house I'm wearing loose sweatpants. I do have to go to work tomorrow, so I'll be sagging in my jeans.
Does any one else wear low rise jeans and if so what kind of underwear should I wear?

Whatever underwear you are comfortable wearing? My hubby wears boxer briefs.

Personally I find tighter underwear better... there are no rules or regulations, whatever works for you is the right answer

Yes, boxer briefs are what I'm finding most comfort. I been locked now 4 days, I wore a pair of briefs on Monday - too tight to sit in my tuck. My balls aint used to being stretched so much.

Ya, the balls Gert squished and stick out to the sides, and rub against the inner thighs. I found some boxer briefs at Sears made by Polo, and they force the package higher and a little forward, which helps a lot. Still, when I get home, I change straight to loose pajama bottoms with no underwear, which is most comfy.
