Maybe there is a way to make some kind of removable lid and put it on the opening, it could be removed to make peeing possible, but afterwards put back on to prevent the skin from sticking out.

I must say that I'm seriously considering getting my cock circumcised, but frankly I don't know where I could get such a procedure done. It's not very popular In my country and It's not really health related so going to a public hospital may not work :-/

Actually, I don't think that's true at all!
Simply bring up the hygiene factor. Say you work in the wild where sometimes you have to go weeks without a bath, lol. So there! It IS health related. :p

Were I not already circumcised, I would NEVER become so, not even for chastity. You cannot undo that. I have, for most of my adult life, pondered my missing foreskin and have been left feeling un-whole. I envy those who were not cut.
