Cage using multiple piercings

Does anyone know of, or has experience with a cage that uses multiple piercings?
I currently just have a pa. I love the feeling of being secured.
I would love to feel even more secure. Would love to get an ampallang and frenum piercing in addition to my pa.
But only if they could be incorporated into one cage.
Does anyone know of a cage, or custom manufacturer that could do this?
If not, I will still be happy with my pa, but always wonder "what if".
