Advice please: Been wearing it on and off for a while now mainly behind closed doors but looking for a cage a little more discreet so I can progress to wearing for longer amounts of time outside the household.

If you like the plastic device the Holy Trainer Nub is popular. Going metal there is an infinite variety of small devices available. For longer wear times I think the metal cage style works best, mainly for ease of cleaning.
