Single Testicle Pain/Strain?

New to wearing a cage but ended up going with the CB-3000 after a cheap cage caused this same issue. As soon as I put on the ring I feel strain/dull pain in my right testicle that makes my lower abdomen ache. I’ve worn it for up to 4 hours and still caused it. Sometimes goes to my lower back as well. Depending on the extent it can go away in hours or days.
Any recommendations/solutions??

Sorry to read about your discomfort.
I had a similar issue in my early days.
The problem was solved by two things, great advice and sandpaper.
First the advice, never wear a ring that you cannot turn 360 degrees without the tube.
This means there is sufficient room for both balls.
Second , even small flaws can irritate delicate skin on the sac. A bit of time with fine grade so
Will make huge difference.
Lastly pain anywhere should never be ignored, there is always a reason.
