For those of you still interested in this, I'm now caged and my length fits about a head shorter than the end of the device.
Very minimal pain, even with terribly hard erections. Only complaint is minor pain around the base ring which I think can be fixed with a little moisturizer.

Each one will approach this differently.. my thoughts are same as some others here. As a grower...I am kept in a small cage. I like that an erection cannot even get started. Cage is full always. When it does try, some bulging at the bars, and some buildup happens behind the ring, but does not stay long. I have found that if there is room to grow, it will strain to do just that. If there is no growing room, brief attempts will fail with no pain or ball stretch.. just my experience so far..
