A cap? You mean the removable nut?

It is a pee through nut supplied. You can remove the urethral altogether.

I swapped this for a none removerable lock nut.

Our experience is limited to only 4 devices in total, and two of those are from a few years ago so I'm not even sure whether they should count.

I have to say though that the 3D Cobra looks like a favourite.

We not been doing this long enough yet to count as long term, but so far, it's hard to think of any negatives. I like it a lot.

Middle good for travel.
Right if not wearing a urethral
