I've tried the Bon4, Bon4L and the CB6000 wich all arent confortable enough to wear for me
The CB6000 was by far the best so far, but my right ball started to hurt after one week of wearing it and riding a bike was just awfull!
Also I noticed that when I got reaaally horny I was able to have an orgasm in it...

What device could I try next?
I've noticed the CB6000 fitted quite good on my penis, but I need a device with a little bit more confort.
Also it needs to make sure I cant have an orgasm at all.

You need a full steel belt, neosteel or mysteel.
You will not orgasm in them and very comfy

Thanks for the advice but a belt is also not an option for me.
I'm a powerlifter so I must be able to expand my abdominal during benchpress and squating.
I also wear a powerlift belt during training so I think that wouldnt work

I would suggest you look at a custom stainless steel device.

Many here are wearing one from either:

Both are familiar with the CB6000 and could produce a very nice fitting CD for you.

The Jailbird looks really good!
I'm also glad to see it has more open space cause I really had trouble with the extra skin that bulged out under the CB6000 entrance (got two little scars now). In the Birdcage it would bulge a bit on the sides so no pinching.

Would it also be easier to ride a bike with this instead of the CB6000 wich was just plain awefull ?

There is a device out there called the Birdcage but it's not made by either Mature Metal or Steelworxx.

Did you mean Jailbird? If so that is what I wear and for me it is truly more comfortable to wear than my CB's.

As for bike riding, my only experience with the Jailbird has been on a Harley and I had no problems.

There have been several threads (one currently running) about cycling while wearing a CD.

yeah I think the Jailbird would be most ideal for me.
Cycling might still be unconfortable but a lot better than the CB6000 and also easier to keep it clean.
Gotta save up 300 bucks now!
