I have come across a small steel safe, called the MortiSafe, which can be programmed to be either time-controlled or internet-controlled. This safe could easily be used to secure the keys to a CD or CB, and it can be viewed as follows: http://mortisafe.com/ It is available either fully assembled or as a kit.

OK I went and looked. Once the keys are in, they're gone until it unlocks. Eeeeee.
Or your spouse is off on a trip and can unlock it via the Internet. "OK honey, you can do that -thing- you do now."
