Well, it's what I'm thinking about now that all this sizing talk had me thinking about what I wear. The SH looks so much bigger than the JB but the JB allows for some expansion while the SH doesn't. Those kinds of variables make each device very different and, absent practical experience, I'm not sure how to take them into account.

I've been going back and forth wondering if my SH is too big, but based on the available sizing options, I think I'm back to thinking it's about right. It probably could be a bit shorter, but not much.

In any event, all this JB talk has got me interested in the little bugger. The pictures posted by Chastehusband are very helpful, but I'd still like to see how looks when erect. My only issue with the device is the aesthetics of the lock going off to the side like that. I wish there was an integrated locking option.

An integrated locking option would be nice, that's for sure but I am not sure it is feasible with the way it's designed, plus I am sure it would add considerably to the cost. Also, as someone pointed out, the lock is the reason the device doesn't require any extra pins or pegs to keep it secure.

Ab has been wearing his continuously since it arrived on Sept 30 (12 days). He hasn't asked to take it off for cleaning or anything. He thinks it's extremely comfortable. My only complaint would be that it has a tendency to rotate to the right so the lock is at 2 o'clock instead of straight up at noon. Rich at the caged chronicles also made a comment that his tends to rotate.

Meanwhile, I am just a click away from ordering a Pet Trap or Watchful Mistress and the only thing stopping me is I can't figure out which one I like better! Opinions, anyone?

My SH does the same exact thing, but in reverse. The top of the device ends up at 10:00 (if you're in front of me).

I almost ordered one recently, still might. Biggest reason I didn't is because I am not sure the sizing would be the same as the jailbird and I couldn't decide what size to get.

It looks a little more challenging to clean. My wife unlocked me last night for a good inspection and cleaning after 36 days. I would have been fine I think for a couple of more weeks but it was good to get a good cleaning along the underside from behind the head to the ball sack. I have almost six inches of skin there crammed in to about an inch of space (the underside is much shorter than the top). That combined with being hard to get to because it is pressed against my ball sack makes it difficult to clean. I don't know that the pet trap would really be any more difficult though.

As a side note, the Pet Trap is what got me interested in a metal device and introduced me to Mature Metal (thanks to chinesebob on the other forum). Kind of fell in love with the jailbird when I saw it though. Now I think I want a tube, or partial tube. The Pet Trap is probably a good compromise and maybe the next step. Either that or maybe the Lori's 12E, I have been talking to her about getting one of those too. Much more expensive though and looks like it has its own issues. Really, really, really HOT though with the hood and the shield.

I don't see a 12E on Lori's website. Do you have a link? It goes from 12D to 13, at least the page I am looking at.

It's not on the website anymore. I will try to find a picture and send it to you. They don't generally make them anymore, she said they take too long and should really be even more expensive. She said they would make me one though as long as I was willing to wait.

I will say that pictures of an erection in that device are not the greatest thing to look at. It looks a lot more uncomfortable than it really is.
