Possible For A One Balled Man?

My wife's best friend's boyfriend has only one ball. We were wondering if it is possible for him to wear any device short of a full belt (if he should become interested). Maybe modified in some way? Does anyone know?

Hmm. Depending on the spacing, I'd *guess* a guy with one testicle could wear one. Not willing to conduct any DIY experimentation on that one, though...

I have one ball that hangs lower than the other and I can definitely feel more stress sometimes on the one that hangs higher. I suspect that would be even more pronounced if you only had one ball. They may want to look at some sort of additional support to help with the weight. Steelworxx has a base ring with a belt that may help. Tighter underwear may help too.

There are also devices that aren't trapped ball or full belts. The PA-5000 is one of them. Lori makes one that is similar. They both require a PA piercing though.
