Does anyone have any experience or suggestions regarding adjustable devices? I have one that I can barely get on but I still have erections and it irritates and tears the skin at the base of the scrotum. I was wondering if I use an adjustable one and make it tight at the base of it would prevent erections or pulling

Tue most adjustable device is still the good old CB series (I had a 6000S). They all come with multiple spacers, rings etc and you can play around for days getting the fit right. They’re perfect for getting your basics right before ordering something else and cheap as chips (knockoffs) on various sites.

After a year post covid of “freedom” I am trialing a good old HT V3 nub modified by me to have a glans ring so no pullout. Working well so far.
