Now starts the countdown for the HCG spike and the pregnancy test. Fingers crossed for you. We went through that ordeal successfully 20+ years ago. Best of luck!

It worked for us, we spent today with our miracles of medicine and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

That's awesome! Did you have twins? I go in tomorrow, first appointment since the transfer. 🙂

Thanks! I'm pregnant! Did my first test at the doctor this morning, and my beta was a whopping 586!!

3 at once- It's based on the likelihood of implantation for my age group. I'm nervous about transferring three, but they have spent a lot of money on infertility, so I'm hoping to conceive two. That 586 beta has me wondering though :o

It’s interesting, in NZ (our daughter went through nearly 5 years of ivf to have our grandson (husbands issue not hers)) they will only ever do a single implant. The multiple pregnancy risk factor is deemed unacceptable so it’s one or none. Does bring the success rate down of course but that’s the deal. Wish you all the best though as we certainly know what it’s like to see somebody go through repeated cycles of this, particularly if they’re also providing the egg as in our daughter's case.

After a year post covid of “freedom” I am trialing a good old HT V3 nub modified by me to have a glans ring so no pullout. Working well so far.
