Personally I would not lock up for less than 3-4 months. After your last orgasm your hormones kick in for the next 10 days or so urging you to cum again. Once you get past that time it gets easier. I love it best when I am horny as heck and we have sex and my wife does not allow me to orgasm. I get to orgasm every 3-4 months, sometimes 6 months.
