Chastity for weight loss

Hi! I'm new on the forum and curious about chastity, but I'd like to tell you that I proved with weight decline with chastity.

I started at 82 kg (180 lb) and every week I'm going to lose 1 kg. I'm now down to 77 pounds. If I haven't finished the week,s target, I have to have chastity until I can do it. It's getting harder and harder. Not until I reach the target 73 kg, I get to cum.

How do you like the way? Or have you got any other tips? /Dragzino
