In my opinion, a good stretch (full erection) should occur about once a week in order to avoid any loss of skin elasticity and just to keep everything working as it should be. I think three weeks is too long of a period to go without it.

If you have spent considerable periods in an aroused state (several hours), even in a device, you could be experiencing the effects of edema. Fluid accumulating in one side, to a greater extent than the opposite side, may result in a 'curved' appearance. I have observed this in myself.

I am in my mid sixties and lost some length too. My wife used to think I was big and now it looks small, especially since I gained weight and my pubic pad hides half of it. There is very real danger of damaging your penis if constant pressure is applied to ti. The penis is more complicated than most think. No studies have been done about it and some urologist suggest that there "could" be a problem if the penis is compressed frequently. I can't say much more than this except I agree

As it happens, my mistress moved recently somewhat closer to me...as such the cock has had a lot more stretching than normal the last few days....the pain is barely detectable...so no harm done

I am told not to get too comfy tho....
