Doing sports with a cb

Hello all,

I was thinking, as a "young" user of a cb (I am 49 but I am wearing a cb just a short time now), what about the use of a cb when you are doing sports ? Can you see it through your sports- or swimmingpans that you are wearing a cb ? What about playing soccer and you get a ball at your cb and the thing inside your cb?
What about taking a shower after doing sports when there are just showerheads and no shower cabines or in the dressingroom ??? What about icehockey, how do you protect your genetals with a cb on ???? Do anyone has experience with it ?? And thinking more; what about the fact when you are a nudist ??? I don't know. Greeting from Bert from the netherlands.

I would never participate in "possible contact" sports while wearing a device (other than something that also can serve as protector, think Latowski).
The thought what contact with another participant or with any kind of sports equipment, amplified by the additional leverage of the hard device, could do to my genitals, simply scares me too much.
I probably will not even wear my device while riding a bike. But that's me, others here obviously do.

People have lost fingers by wearing a wedding ring during sporting activity.

BTW, my wife would never even ALLOW me to do anything beyond the crosstrainer while being caged. She just loves her cock too much. She even prefers for me to don't wear the device when we are doing DIY work @home.

I wear mine while swimming without problem. This was at the beach though so it was baggy swim trunks. I don't think I would wear a speedo with it. I would not wear it during any possible contact sport, too risky in my opinion. One time while trying to just get out of a back yard going through a gate I got snagged on the handle or something (trying to keep a dog in the yard), it was a little bit of an emotional experience if you know what I mean.

Regarding working out in the device, I've found that sometimes the movement of using our elliptical machine will cause the head of the penis to rub against the inside of the tub and create an abrasion. Then the device has to come off until it heals. This doesn't always happen, though. Just sometimes.

I don't do contact sports much anymore, but I've found that I can wear my CB through almost any kind of exercise. Cycling can sometimes cause discomfort, but that's about it.

Seriously, it looks ugly, and it's not suited for super-aggressive riding, but if you don't mind a little more upright posture, then this is the best thing since pre-packaged beef jerky. I have one on my GT (pictured elsewhere on this forum). I've been fixing up an old Cannondale road bike, and I think I'm going to spring for the better version for that bike. I've tried gel saddles, but this is the only thing that works consistently and doesn't have me adjusting myself all the time.

I should point out that I wear cargo shorts, not spandex bike shorts.

I cycle 5 to 25 miles several times a week in nicer weather. I've tried running, but since I dont' like running anyway, I can't really comment.

As for exercising, I lift regularly in my home gym. I usually wear loose sweats, sometimes with underwear. There are a few leg exercises that I have to be careful with, but generally, squats, deadlifts, and lunges pose no problem if you lube up a bit first to prevent chafing.

I wear my steelheart 2 24/7 and I still do participate in some contact sports - Usually I will just wear a larger cup than I normally need along with a jock strap to keep everything in place. I have talked to my KH about allowing me to use the silicon birdlocked mini device and she is fine with the idea but we don't live together so it would be quite a hassle.

I find doing cardio is hard but lifting is no problem. I always wear a jock or compression shorts.

My gym does have showers with curtains and if I have to shower there then I have to unfortunately do the towel dance... keeping your towel securely wrapped while taking off shorts, getting in/out of shower, dressing, etc. I've always chuckled to myself when I saw guys do that and I assumed that they were self conscious about being naked in front of other guys. Maybe, they are actually wearing a chastity device??

I've been curious about the birdlocked for sports. It may be a moot point for us due to finances, but wondering if anyone is doing this who would care to comment.

Hi Kiki, In my previous relationship I was regularly able to change into my birdlocked (mini) for sports. It seems much safer since it is all soft however the testicles are still held quite tightly making rupture a potential issue so I always used a cup as well. To be honest though the steelheart has been fine for cardio, skiing and light contact sports (touch football, soccer etc.). I don't think I would try anything much rougher though!
