Believe me there are many chastised men for whom chastity was just the very beginning of a long journey and certainly not the end but they don’t talk about it much

agreed, and will add it probably wasn't even the beginning. I know it wasn't for me.

Everyone is different, see things differently, even when the evidence is the same. So one could explain in great deal to the other in order for them to see how you see it, but are just as likley to see something completely different.
