i suggest you look up Peyronies disease as a possible cause though i dont know your age. i have found recently i have a reduced length and a definite bend in my penis but i'm in my 60s and actually am not too worried about it. i'm mo expert though, just passing on something i have done a little research on recently.

In my opinion, a good stretch (full erection) should occur about once a week in order to avoid any loss of skin elasticity and just to keep everything working as it should be. I think three weeks is too long of a period to go without it.

If you have spent considerable periods in an aroused state (several hours), even in a device, you could be experiencing the effects of edema. Fluid accumulating in one side, to a greater extent than the opposite side, may result in a 'curved' appearance. I have observed this in myself.

I am in my mid sixties and lost some length too. My wife used to think I was big and now it looks small, especially since I gained weight and my pubic pad hides half of it. As it happens, my mistress moved recently somewhat closer to me...as such the cock has had a lot more stretching than normal the last few days....the pain is barely detectable...so no harm done
