Did you ever have Bill make a modified pin for you? When I ordered a large headed pin he mentioned that someone had already ordered something similar where the head is about 3/4" in circumference, inserted upside down to a regular pin

But with the Mature Metal devices, the screw/lock is important to hold the device together. Are you talking about the plastic lock in addition to the traditional lock or instead of? Tamper Proof Plastic Locks
Does anyone have a recommendation for where to get them and also which type are the most compact, I was looking at these, not sure how good they are though against the regular type, but look much less bulky, though they are expensive...

I had the regular pullout pins and they either didn't work or were painful after a while. The large headed pin is like the regular pins but with a big flat head, inserted in reverse, so should be more comfortable and because it is upside down, the post rests up against the underside of the locking p...
