I have a question for the pros out there. How long did it take for your sleep patterns to adjust to wearing a cage. Whilst I sleep ok, I feel pretty tired when I get up which makes me think its still a restless night. Its been a week so far, just hoping for most that you eventually adjust.

Up until last night I really struggled with sleeping. Last night was ok, I fear I am getting used to the spike now. I doubt it can be worn 24/7.

My wife has started using the medium spike on me. I am allowed out for work, but have to wear overnight. The medium size is quite painfull when you get a nocturnal erection. I am up to 5 nights so far. Small red marks on my shaft, but nothing serious.

A few days ago Mistress T said that she’d awoken in the middle of the night and had a real job getting back to sleep. Unusual for her. I've been waxing for years. My KH prefers I leave a small "landing strip", but otherwise I find this the most comfortable for wearing my cage.

It felt ok and I could still manage but the Jailbird does dig in when you are lying flat. Was nervous about putting a dint in my new board. Remote unofficial nude beach, so I wasn't concerned about the cage being seen.
