I can't speak to DH Gate, but I have ordered from Chinese vendors (in China) before and was shocked how long it took for items to get to the U.S. It's as if they sit in a Chinese warehouse until ordered, then make it onto a container ship, which takes 15+ days to cross the Pacific before it even hit...

I've bought four different designs of Chinese made steel devices—all via Amazon. Sometimes the price isn't quite as cheap, but I have a higher level of confidence in Amazon's protection of my credit card data. Hope that helps.
