Re: The Beginning of Two
Only 40 minutes? Damn, it takes me a lot longer to get ideas out. Looks good for such a short time, much better than some stuff I've seen... I type fast and when it's unedited stream-of-consciousness stuff, it comes out fast. I also tend to write myself into a corner and not be able to get out, too...

Re: The Beginning of Two
I'm quite positive there are grammatical and spelling errors. It was stream-of-consciousness writing and I didn't even re-read it for what little editing may have come from that. Just written and posted in about 40 minutes.TwistedMister wrote:Good story. Needs some editing for grammar, but not a lot.

The Beginning of Two
D.J. was smiling for the first time in as long as he could remember. A real smile, not one he faked for a photo, but he was truly happy. He felt lighter, the weight of burden no longer on his shoulders. In the past year, he had experienced many changes in his life - deaths, separation, divorce, movi...

Re: [Rebuilder] Re-Earning Trust
To be clear, absolutely no offense taken. I appreciate and respect your candor. Good. Thank you. Faith is a hot-button topic because it is so personal, and I never want to insult someone else's belief system because it is, essentially, a personal insult. Thank you for offering good advice. I'll exp...

Re: [Rebuilder] Re-Earning Trust
She already checks up on me - watches my location on my phone, etc. She knows I'm committed to her and that I'd never leave her. I have reasons that I have strayed (that for anonymity I won't get into.) Suffice it to say that while some men drink, do drugs, gamble, or what have you, I have other com...

[Rebuilder] Re-Earning Trust
As I mentioned in my Hello World post, I've been married 15 years and with my wife for over 20, which is half of my life. During that time, I've been a decent, loving husband most of the time. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, nor have I ever raised a hand to her. We have never had a passionate sex li...

Re: "Hello world" thread
Re-reading my quick first post and damn, I sound like a jerk. But I guess that's why I want to change.
[EDIT] I can't send PMs yet, but if an admin could pretty please contact me via email I'd really appreciate it. Thank you!

Re: "Hello world" thread
Hello all. I'm 40 and have been a chronic cheater in my 20-year relationship. I'm always finding ways to rationalize it - lack of sex at home, compulsive behavior, sexual trauma survivor, blah blah blah. Recently, I've begun to wonder if I really want to change. And I'm coming to the conclusion that...
