This is a review of theExtreme Restraints cock cage

Short answer: No, No, No, No, No!

It looks well machined and holds your junk fine. But when your wife decides to tease you and things swell up like crazy, the edges are sharp enough that it will cut you. And you will bleed. And your wife will freak out.

Otherwise it is ok. The base ring is hinged and I now understand why people say that's a bad approach. The rubber over the hinge tends to cause pubic hairs against it to stick and that's a bit painful.

The base ring is over 1/4" wide which I think is a bit much. And the whole device is thicker, bulker, heavier than is necessary. The weight itself is not a problem but it comes across as engineered quickly and massively and that does not look attractive to the wife.

It is fine to walk around in. You can tell it's there when wearing jeans, but it's minimal enough that most people will just figure you're well endowed.

For the very reasons you mentioned, any experienced wearer can attest that this device has it's flaws but reading the reviews of it on the Extreme website, heck you would think it was the best thing out there.
