Deflating testicles

Hello, I noticed that I can squeeze into the belt (Steelworxx Crossfire) better, if my testicles are deflated. You know, sometimes they are swollen, sometimes they are deflated. I was wondering: how can I govern this peculiarity? Some tricks to deflate them?

For me hot shower does the trick. It is not a long term solution tho, since they get "inflated" back in a small amout of time

have you tried just grabbing them in both hands and squeezing?
