Doctor outed in a chastity device

There's a few things that came to mind while reading it.
1 What kind of a professional dominatrix would be "horrified" by the person that was paying her to be his Mistress? Did she request them?
2. There was a concern for hygiene affecting the operation. Was he using his dick to operate with?
3. They called what he was wearing as a "bizarre S&M “torture” device ". They never said what kind. Was it a kali ring set extra tight? If it was a ball trap device I guess we're all into bizarre S&M here.
4. I think his biggest mistakes was trusting an online Mistress and sending pictures of himself.

The newspaper article "quoted" him as having joked about being distracted by wearing the device, and accused him of taking chastity selfies in the actual theatre.

Assuming - that's a big assumption - that that's true, then I think there is an issue with his behaviour.

Crap, I just wasted over an hour following that link to the Sun...talk about sensationalism..."life and death" operations? Not...still, I wouldn't really care for any surgeon operating on me to have the potential distraction of a CD on during an operation...but it isn't quite as bad as the surgeon and operating crew who nipped out to the local pub for a bit of lunch and a couple of pints of beer, leaving just the anesthesiologist to keep the patient under...for an hour and a half. Ah, the joys of socialized medicine.

obviously from the Sun we will not know the full story. However if played exactly as quoted in the Sun - this was a really nasty online Mistress...

I have surgery in two weeks. I will be out of the device though. I never considered the doctor wearing one
