I wouldnt say thats strictly true - there are definately degrees (and the website, as Dev says, helpfully points this out to bust the crap myths that dog FLRs). I dont control everything hub does. Why should I? I'm not his mum. Yes. you cant have two bosses running the show but each has areas of specialism otherwise I'd be peering over his shoulder checking everything and dictating what clothes he puts on. And quite frankly life is too short

In short, the site is quite sensible in its approach but needs more work!
